X Título is a financial technology platform. X Título is not a bank, is not a licensed consumer lender, and does not originate loans or extend credit. Loans marketed on this platform are originated, underwritten, and serviced by participating licensed lenders — including Préstamos Rápidos de Pablo, operating in Utah. Participating financial institutions make independent credit decisions. All financing is subject to underwriting approval and applicable state and federal law. Préstamos Rápidos de Pablo is the lending and cash-flow company: it makes the credit and funding decision, originates and holds the loan, and services the account. X Título provides the technology, underwriting tooling, and customer platform only.

X Título does not guarantee that any borrower will receive an offer, approval, or funding from any participating lender or institution. Pre-qualification results are informational and are not a commitment to lend.

Customer information is shared with participating lenders, referral recipients, capital partners, and portfolio buyers only with appropriate customer authorization and in accordance with applicable laws. Referrals through the X Título Referral Marketplace are initiated only after required customer authorizations and legal requirements have been satisfied. Portfolio listings on the Portfolio Marketplace never expose personally identifiable customer information publicly; loan-level detail is only made available inside secure data rooms to approved buyers under confidentiality controls.

XCredit is an internal performance score maintained by X Título. It reflects payment history, payment streak, vehicle equity, and account standing within the platform. XCredit is not a FICO® Score, VantageScore®, or a report from Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion. It is not reported to consumer reporting agencies and has no direct effect on any consumer credit bureau file. FICO® is a registered trademark of Fair Isaac Corporation.

The optional Credit Builder program may refer customers to third-party credit improvement partners. X Título does not repair credit and does not guarantee outcomes from any third-party partner. Consistent on-time payment history with a participating lender is the primary path to lower APR tiers within the platform.

For loans originated by Préstamos Rápidos de Pablo, new customers begin at a 99% APR. Reductions are earned through consecutive on-time payments and require administrative review and approval by the lender. A single late payment resets the streak. Actual rate, credit line, and approval are subject to vehicle valuation, verification of information, income review, and the participating lender's underwriting requirements. Rates and terms offered by other participating lenders are set independently by those lenders.

Approved lines of credit are secured by a lien on the vehicle title held by the originating lender. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in repossession of the collateral vehicle under applicable law.

Information published on Capital Partners and Portfolio Marketplace pages is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or loan portfolio. Any funding or purchase relationship is governed exclusively by executed agreements between the participant and the applicable X Título entity or participating lender.

Personal, financial, and vehicle information submitted through the platform is used to process applications, verify identity, service resulting accounts, and — with appropriate authorization — surface qualified opportunities to participating lenders, capital partners, and approved portfolio buyers. Documents are stored securely and access is restricted through role-based permissions and row-level security controls.
