Privacy Policy

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, the amount you are looking for, vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage, VIN) and images of your vehicle title or supporting documents that you choose to upload.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you move through the application steps. We use this to fix problems and improve the flow.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your Social Security number, full bank credentials or card numbers through the public website.

To create and progress your file, to verify the vehicle and title you describe, to contact you about your request, and to route your file to a participating licensed lender who may make you an offer.

To calculate XCredit, our internal performance score, which reflects your activity with X Título only.

To meet legal, recordkeeping, fraud-prevention and compliance obligations.

With participating licensed lenders and servicers when you ask us to check your options, so they can evaluate your request. Lenders make their own independent credit decisions.

With service providers who host our platform, store documents, verify vehicles and deliver messages, under contracts that limit their use of your data.

When required by law, subpoena, regulator request, or to protect the rights and safety of customers and the platform.

We do not sell your personal information.

Checking your options with X Título does not by itself trigger a credit-bureau inquiry. If a participating lender needs national credit information, it will be requested only with your separate, explicit consent, and that consent will be presented to you before it happens.

XCredit is not a FICO® Score and is not reported to Experian, Equifax or TransUnion.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents and title scans are stored in private storage that is not publicly readable, and access is restricted to authorized X Título staff and the lender assigned to your file.

Internal access is role-based and logged.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing privacy@xtitulo.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Deleting your file may end an application in progress. Some records are retained where the law requires it.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email. Service messages about an active file will still be sent.

The platform is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
