Terms of Use

X Título is a financial technology platform. X Título is not a bank, not a credit union, and not a lender. X Título does not originate loans, does not set interest rates, and does not fund money.

X Título collects the information you provide, organizes it into a file, and presents that file to participating licensed lenders who may choose to make you an offer.

Submitting information does not create an application for credit with any lender and does not obligate any lender to make an offer. Approval, amount, rate and terms are decided solely by the participating licensed lender, subject to its underwriting and applicable state law.

Any figure shown to you before a lender decision — including estimated vehicle value, estimated maximum line, or an example rate — is an estimate for illustration only and is not an offer of credit.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is true and complete, and that the vehicle and title you describe are yours to pledge.

You may not use the platform to submit another person's information without their authorization, to submit false or altered documents, or for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and application link private.

X Título does not charge consumers a fee to check their options or to submit a file during this release. Online fee payment is not enabled.

Any cost associated with a credit product is disclosed by the participating lender in its own loan documents before you sign. Any optional third-party service is priced and disclosed by that third party.

X Concierge is an automated assistant. It is not a human, not a licensed loan officer, and not a legal, tax or financial adviser. It can be wrong. Nothing it says is an offer, an approval, or advice you should rely on without confirming with a person.

You can ask to speak with a member of the team at any point in the conversation.

You agree that X Título and the lender assigned to your file may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

You agree to receive records and disclosures electronically. You may request paper copies by writing to us.

X Título, XCredit, the platform software and its content are owned by X Título LLC. You may use them only to pursue your own request.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. X Título is not responsible for the acts, decisions, products, rates or conduct of any participating lender or third-party partner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X Título's total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to one hundred dollars (USD 100).

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
